About Coco
Please meet our adorable miss “Coco”
Coco is a gorgeous little lady who loves people and playing with toys. She is a super affectionate little lady who loves being close to her humans to receive lots of pats, cuddles, and bum scratches. She is very gentle, very sweet, and a perfect little lap dog.
Coco likes to learn new things and is both toy and treat motivated, making it easy to train her. She knows how to sit, wait, spin, is toilet trained, and also crate trained. She loves going for walks, car rides, exploring new places, playing with toys, and lots of cuddles.
She is good with well mannered, calm dogs, will be fine with gentle children, but hasn’t been tested with cats. She would not like to be on her own all day so if you are out a bit you would need to have a nice little friend to keep her company.
Before applying you will need to consider the cost of regular grooming as Coco will need to be groomed every 8 to 10 weeks.
If you are looking for a great little family dog, you cant go past this sweet girl. She is a great size and her personality will easily fit into many homes.
It is a condition in our adoption agreement that all our dogs are to be taken through obedience training to ensure they reach their full potential.

• You have a secure yard.
• Coco will not be alone for more than 6hrs unless she will have a fur sibling
• You are willing to commit to obedience training.
• You will allow Coco to be part of the family and will allow her access to indoors with you.
• You WILL provide her with daily exercise AND mental stimulation.
Applications with extensive details on the lifestyle you will offer will be considered.

Our adoption process is as follows:
1) Animal is listed on PetRescue
2) Applications are received
3) The application which we feel offers the best-suited home to the pet is contacted for first preference of a meet and greet to see if they 'click' with the animal.
We do not follow a first-in, first-served process and only consider applications completed via our online form.
Due the popularity of some dogs - and the fact that our rescue is run entirely by volunteers - we cannot guarantee that all unsuccessful applicants will be notified, however we will do our best.
