About Luke
If you’re looking for a best friend with four paws, Luke is your guy! 💕
This handsome 3-year-old is the definition of friendly and social. Luke loves meeting new people and is always ready to make a new friend, whether it’s a visitor stopping by or a new member of the family. His outgoing personality means he’s happiest when he’s surrounded by people who will give him plenty of attention. 🥰
Luke has the perfect balance of playful energy and affectionate charm. He loves chasing toys, exploring his surroundings and turning everyday moments into playtime. After he’s had his fun, he’s more than happy to curl up beside you for a cuddle, soaking up all the love he can get. 🧶
With his sweet nature and easygoing personality, Luke would make a wonderful companion for anyone looking for a cat who’s equal parts playful sidekick and cuddle buddy.

Medical notes
While under the care of Sydney Dogs and Cats Home was diagnosed with and/ or treated for the following diseases and conditions:
Teeth
Luke has mild plaque on his teeth. Currently, he does not need a dental, but it is recommended to monitor his teeth and try to stem the onset of further dental build-up. Products to help reduce the onset of dental disease are Plaque Off, water additives, dental diets and dental chews. His teeth will just need to be evaluated over time and dentals done if necessary. Regular visits to your veterinarian for vaccinations is a good time to check the teeth.
Struvite Crystals
Luke has struvite crystal in his urine. These are little crystals that develop for a number of reasons and may cause no problems. However, they do have the ability to cause a urethral blockage.
If you have a local, regular vet that you plan to take Luke to in the future, we recommend that you inform them of his/her medical history so that the vets can best manage and monitor him/her in the future. Please ask them to contact us directly
or inform a team member of the vet clinic details so that we can pass on our medical history along with any x-rays, test results and/ or reports for their reference.
