About Chook
Meet Chook, a gentle boy who is looking for a Foster to Adopt home.
Chook can be a little shy when meeting new people and may take some time to settle into a new environment, but with patience and consistency, he begins to show his playful side. Once he feels comfortable, he enjoys one-on-one play and spending time with his favourite person.
To help him thrive, Chook is looking for a calm home with pet-savvy, mature children who can respect his space while he settles in. He would prefer to be the only pet in the home for now, allowing him to focus on gaining confidence without the added pressure of sharing his space. While he isn't suited to living with other dogs or cats, he can happily coexist with other dogs while out on walks.
Chook would benefit from a home where someone is around often, such as a part-time worker or someone with a flexible schedule, to help him adjust and continue progressing. If you're willing to give him the time and understanding he needs, Chook could be a wonderful addition to your home.
