Chook is a silly, goofy and playful boy who has come such a long way and is now ready to find his Foster to Adopt home!

Chook can still be a little shy when meeting new people or settling into a new environment, but he comes around quickly once he realises he’s safe.

Once he’s comfortable, his fun personality really starts to shine, and you’ll see just how playful and cheeky this lovely boy can be.

Chook is dog social, although he can be a little selective about who he calls a friend.

He’s open to meeting the right dog, provided they hit it off and enjoy each other’s company.

He would benefit from a calm home with pet-savvy, mature children who can give him the space he needs while he settles in.

Chook is looking for a home where someone is around often, such as a part-time worker or someone with a flexible schedule, to help him continue building his confidence and adjusting to his new life.

Chook has already made such wonderful progress, and now he just needs someone to give him the chance to show them what a silly, affectionate and playful boy he can be.

His Foster to Adopt arrangement will give him the support and time he needs to settle into his new home and continue thriving.
