Buttercup

Hi everyone, my name is Buttercup and I want to share something with you. I’m the sweetest dog you’ll ever meet, and cute as can be. Not long ago, I ended up in the pound, which was scary, but thankfully I have an amazing carer fostering me. Now I’m strutting my stuff and loving life to the fullest and excited to find my new family.

I absolutely adore kids, so I’d really love a home with children if possible. We could run and play together in the afternoons after school, and since I love snuggling, I promise there will be endless cuddles. To be totally truthful, I enjoy being the center of attention and soaking up affection, but let’s be honest, what girl doesn’t?

I haven’t had many opportunities to socialise with other dogs, but I’m pretty sure I’d do well with a doggy sibling after some slow introductions, since I’m sweet and friendly, who wouldn’t want to be friends with me? I might also be fine with a cat sibling, as I haven’t shown any interest in chasing the chickens or ducks I’ve seen through the fence at my current foster home.

Have you seen my legs in those pictures? I could totally be a model, but my real gift is jumping, and I mean seriously jumping, so having a big, secure yard is an absolute must please.

I’m also incredibly smart, I already know how to sit, stay, and lie down, and I’m a total angel when out on walks, which I love. Oh, and I’m both toilet trained and house trained. Pretty clever, aren’t I?
