Pickles is a calm and affectionate girl at 13 years young, she promises lots of companionship and cuddles and will suck you in with her beautiful green eyes and gorgeous nature.
Unfortunately due to some changes in circumstances, Pickles had to leave her current home and is now looking to find a home where she will continue to be loved and cherished for the rest of her days.

Pickles is FIV+
Many cats with FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) can live long, happy lives. Many FIV-positive cats enjoy a normal lifespan and never develop severe symptoms. They make wonderful, loving companions and just need a safe indoor environment and good preventive care.
Caring for an FIV-positive cat is highly manageable. Because their immune systems can be slightly compromised, it just takes a few extra steps to keep them healthy.
Indoor Living Only: Keeping them indoors protects them from picking up outdoor infections and stops the spread of FIV to other cats if they get into fights.
Routine Vet Care: Regular check-ups (about every six months) are highly recommended to catch and treat minor health issues early.
Quality Diet: Feeding them high-quality, nutritious food keeps their immune system as strong as possible.
Preventive Care: Stay on top of routine vaccinations, parasite control, and dental care.Many people wonder if FIV-positive cats can live with other cats. The virus is primarily spread through deep, blood-drawing bite wounds (usually from intact, fighting males). Because of this, it is perfectly safe for FIV-positive cats to live with FIV-negative cats in the same household, provided all cats are spayed/neutered and have calm, friendly, non-aggressive relationships.
The virus cannot be spread to humans, dogs, or other non-feline pets.

All adoptions incld 1 Free Vet Appointment at Mont Albert Vet or Canterbury Vet (Valued at $155) and or 50% off Dental Procedure *only if needed*

We have a mandatory house inspection
Shortlisted adopters will be contacted to arrange a meet & greet with the animal. **Depending on our foster's availability
We do follow-ups throughout the life of the animal
In the event that you are unable to care for the animal anymore, you must contact us to seek verbal advice
Some animals will require mandatory enrollment to professional training/behaviorist - this will be noted on the animal's profile & adoption agreement, we will require proof of enrollment before we are able to complete the adoption process/transfer of ownership
