Hi! My name is Michelle, but I know my name as "Mumma"! I'm a very sweet but sensitive girl who is slowly learning that humans can be kind and loving.

Nature
I came into foster care with my three kittens after being rescued from a workshop where life wasn't always easy. Having spent so much time looking after myself and my babies, learning to trust people has been quite a journey!

When I first arrived, I was very frightened and would sometimes bite, scratch or growl to protect myself. But with lots of patience and love, I've slowly learned to trust my foster family. I now enjoy gentle pats, have discovered the joy of purring and even do a little roly-poly for my foster mum!

I'm still cautious around people, but I'm learning that humans can be kind and that gentle affection and tasty treats are actually pretty wonderful! With a little patience and understanding, I'm continuing to build my confidence and discover the joy of feeling safe and loved.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I currently live with a four-year-old child, and I'm happy to have them around as long as they approach me calmly. If things get a little too lively, I'll simply move away to somewhere I feel safe.

I really enjoy spending time with other cats, especially those who are gentle and respectful of my space.

I also share my foster home with a large dog. I find him a little annoying sometimes, but I'm happy enough to tolerate his company!

Likes / Dislikes
❤️ I love nose scratches that gets my purr motor running, chin scratches, gentle scratches on the back of my neck, chasing string toys, creamy treats and watching birds and bugs through the window. And FOOD! I'll happily remind you to hurry up when it's mealtime!

❌ I'm not a fan of sudden approaches or being touched all over my body. I prefer gentle head pats while I'm sitting somewhere raised and comfortable. I might occasionally allow a little bum scratch too!

My PURR-fect home would be a calm, loving home with patient humans who understand that building trust takes time and will let me settle in at my own pace.
