Peanut is a lovely senior lady looking for a peaceful retirement home where she can enjoy her golden years surrounded by love and comfort.

She has an independent nature but genuinely enjoys being close to her people. You’ll usually find her perched on the back of the couch in the heart of the home, happily keeping an eye on everything going on around her. At bedtime, she’s more than happy to snuggle under the blankets with you.

While Peanut isn’t the type to demand attention, she certainly appreciates it. She loves gentle chin scratches, will reward you with sweet purrs, and happily settles in for a cuddle when offered. Without other cats around, her affectionate side truly shines and she’s able to relax and enjoy all the attention for herself.

She’s a tiny girl at just 3.5kg, has an adorably grumpy expression that doesn’t match her beautiful personality, and will happily let you know when dinner is due! Peanut would thrive in a quiet home where she can be the centre of attention and spend her retirement years feeling safe, cherished, and loved. 🩷

MEDICAL NOTES:
Peanut has had a dental procedure, including one tooth extraction, and recent blood work which came back clear. She is currently on affordable anxiety medication (around $30 every two months) and receives pain injections to help manage suspected arthritis. Her future family will need to be committed to continuing these treatments so she can remain happy, healthy, and comfortable.
