Meet Katie – our adorable little “hamster cat!” Thanks to her tiny little tail stump, she has the cutest hamster-like look that everyone falls in love with.

🤎 Meet Katie 🤎

Katie is a 14-week-old Domestic Short Hair brown tabby and white kitten looking for her forever family. While she may look like any other adorable kitten, Katie has a very special story.

Sadly, Katie didn’t have the best start to life. She came into our care with a severe tail injury that was beyond repair, leaving her needing a tail amputation. Today, Katie has a cute little stump instead of a full tail, giving her an irresistibly adorable “hamster cat” look! Best of all, it’s completely healed and fully functional. Her surgery will not affect her long-term health or quality of life.

Katie has been:
✅ Desexed
✅ Microchipped
✅ Received her first vaccination
✅ Parasite treated
✅ Tail amputation surgery

Katie can be a little shy when meeting new people, which is understandable after everything she’s been through. But once she learns that you’re a kind, patient, and safe human, her sweet personality shines through. She loves cuddles, enjoys playing with her people, and her absolute favourite toy is a cat wand!

Katie also loves the company of other cats and is dog-friendly, making her a wonderful addition to a home with existing furry companions.
