About Shelby
Hi, my name is Shelby.
Underneath my cool exterior I am a really sweet girl! Give me a little time and space to get used to new people. Things have started to look up for me after a bit of a rough start where I also needed some work done on my ears.
When you get to know me you will see my real beauty. I love to play, especially with cat toys and little balls. I like other cats too! A feline friend would be fun ✅🐱 I am not a great fan of surprises or loud noises, so I will need a quiet environment where I can explore and find my own feet. Personally I prefer to stay on my feet rather than be lifted or picked up.
Once I feel I can trust you I will be very happy to hang out on the couch with you and sit on your lap. You will experience many loving headbutts and I like to bond with one particular human. I am looking for my forever home where I can feel safe and loved. Please come and meet me, I think you will be pleased you did!
NEEDS: Indoor only, No sun, OK cats, Extremely patient and quiet kids only (>8yo)

If you're interested in submitting an application for an animal, please complete the online form. If we think you may be a match, one of our team members will be in touch to arrange an appointment.
Please note it is compulsory that we meet any existing dogs with the GAWS dog of interest to help ensure a good match for all involved. In addition, all household members are required to attend the meet and greet to assess the dog's interaction. We do not monitor PetRescue enquiries and all applications must come through our website.
