About Cleo
Cleo is happy, friendly and affectionate.
She will take any opportunity during the day to curl up on someone's lap being an adult or child.
Cleo loves her litter sister Jessie, they will run and chase each other and play. She will happily be adopted with Jessie or with another younger playful desexed cat, but she will need slow introductions.
In a new environment Cleo could take a day or two to feel completely comfortable but then you will be rewarded with her snuggles and playful way. Cat toys are a way to her heart and she will enjoy playing with you.
Cloe doesn’t like dogs and is looking for a dog free home. She is litter trained and has no accidents.

In short what Cleo requires in her home:
- To be an inside cat with the exception of a cat out door enclosure.
- Another desexed playful cat in the home.
- A home with no dogs.
- Scratching poles or cat towers and cat toys.

- PLEASE read the ‘profile’ thoroughly before enquiring in detail.
- Please only apply if you are ready to meet and adopt this pet now, and if all family members are in support of the adoption.
- All cats and kittens adopted through Pyrenees Animal Rescue are only available to homes where they will be kept indoors or in a secure cat run/enclosure. A yard with fencing is not enough to keep an adventurous cat contained, or safe from dogs and traffic.
Medical notes
Cleo has a couple of toes that are fused together, they don't cause her any issues and the vet has said nothing needs to be done while they are bothering her.
Adoption details
Please note- we do not work on a first in best dressed basis. We assess all applications to choose the home that we believe will best match the animals needs.
If you believe one of our animals would be a good match for your home, please send us a detailed email with some information about the people and any other animals in your home, as well as the type of lifestyle you can offer a new rescue pet.
We are volunteers who run the rescue around families, paid employment and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require you to travel to meet the animal you are looking to adopt. For dog adoptions, any other dogs in your home must attend the meet and greet, this enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
We reserve the right to refuse the adoption if we don't believe it's a good match for our animals.
All our animals are available for a fully refundable 2 week trial period. If you ever find yourself unable to care for, or keep your pet, please contact us and they will come back into our care, or we will do our best to assist you in finding them a suitable new home, this is a condition that you agree to when signing our Adoption Agreement.
