If you think all greyhounds spend their days lounging on the couch, Rhett is here to prove you wrong! This handsome boy loves being around his people and will happily sidle up for a scratch or cuddle, but when it comes to energy and enthusiasm, Rhett likes to do things a little differently. He enjoys being out and about, exploring the world, playing with his favourite toys, and showing off the occasional burst of classic greyhound zoomies.

Rhett is looking for a knowledgeable adopter who is confident reading dog body language and committed to continuing his training. While Rhett is generally calm around other dogs, he is looking for a home where he can enjoy having all of his family's attention to himself and will need to be the only dog in the household. He is also not suited to living with cats or free-roaming small animals, so his ideal home will be one where he can be the sole furry companion.

To set him up for success, Rhett is seeking a home with teenagers and adults only. He will do best with family members who can recognise and respect his needs, allowing him to feel safe, understood, and confident in his home environment.
