Meet Alpha Bravo, a handsome man looking for his new forever family.

Alpha Bravo is sharing his foster home with a small female terrier, who he enjoys sharing walks and zoomies around the back yard with. He is also living with cats, who he definitely does not like. He shows interest in birds when out walking (of the "I'd like to chase those if I wasn't on a leash" variety). He is not living with any young kids but shows interest when he can hear kids playing in the neighbour's back yard and goes over to the fence to listen. He is the kind of dog who wants to be included in anything his family is doing.

Alpha Bravo would be happiest with someone home more often than not, as he can vocalise if left outside when his foster carer goes out. Like most working breeds, he needs regular exercise and stimulation. He is an intelligent boy, highly food motivated so any training will be a breeze! He already walks beautifully on a leash and does not react to bikes, cars or other dogs passing by, and he is used to sleeping in a crate at night.

Alpha Bravo has had a professional groom while in foster care as he came in heavily matted on the underside of his tail and his hind legs. He did not appear to be overly familiar with the grooming process (or particularly impressed with it), so he will need a family who is committed to regular grooming to avoid matting and maintain his beautiful shiny coat in tip-top condition.
