Tiny Chief, Big Love!

Chief is a handsome male Chihuahua with a big personality and an even bigger love for attention. He adores being with his people and is looking for a home where someone is around most of the time to keep him company. Chief thrives on affection and companionship and will happily soak up all the love you can give.

Having come from a puppy farm environment, Chief is still learning that the world can be a safe and happy place. He can be a little nervous at times and displays some behaviours associated with his past, so he needs a patient and understanding family who will help him continue to build his confidence at his own pace.

Chief could potentially live with another calm, confident dog who can help show him the ropes, but he would also be happy as the centre of attention. He has not been tested with cats, so any introductions would need to be approached carefully. Due to his nervous nature, Chief is best suited to a home with older, dog-savvy children who can respect his boundaries and give him space when needed.

The good news is that Chief is already making fantastic progress. He walks beautifully on lead and enjoys getting out and about with his trusted humans. He's also nearly a professional when it comes to toileting, with only a little more consistency needed as he settles into a new home. With patience, love, and understanding, Chief will reward his new family with endless devotion and companionship. ❤️🐾
