Bindi

Introducing Bindi!

Bindi is a Staffy x born approx 5th January 2025.

Bindi was brought to the facility as an unmicrochipped stray & sadly no one came looking for her. We had a few tips come through that believed she came from a home who had previously had parvo at the property, so Bindi was immediately put into quarantine as a precaution. We're incredibly happy to report that Bindi has remained lively & healthy throughout that 2 week period & she is now ready to find her perfect family.

Although Bindi has been in isolation pretty much her entire time with us, she has remained incredibly sweet, affectionate, cuddly & gentle. We noticed fairly quickly that our girl has a beautiful toothy smile on her, so please don't be scared if she looks scary while doing it, she's simply showing you how excited & happy she is. Bindi is incredibly wiggly, loves a belly rub and will often land in a froggy leg sploot. The only "bad" thing we can say about Bindi is it can quite quite difficult to get photos of her which show how truly gorgeous she is because she's too busy trying to climb in your lap or wiggle her way around the room.. then she stands incredibly close to the camera so all you can see is her giant, Staffy mouth/smile.

Bindi tested quite well with other dogs, but she's honestly much more interested in her human companions. It was difficult getting her to interact with the dogs we were testing with as she only had eyes for the handlers. When she did interact with the other dogs it was clear that she prefered the company of calmer dogs. While she didn't show any signs of aggression with our boisterous Great Dane x & Cattle x, her body language did shift to be more on guard/wary. We believe Bindi could be suitable to live with another calm dog or be the spoilt only "child" at home. If you have a friendly dog at home we will need to do a meet & greet with them to ensure they get along before going home.

Bindi is currently untested with cats & pocket pets.

Bindi has shown no signs of food aggression or separation anxiety since being at the facility.

Bindi would love to be adopted to a home where she is included as a member of the family.

Bindi’s adoption fee is $500, and this includes her desexing, vaccination and lifetime registration. Bindi is also regularly treated for fleas and worms.
