Hershey Is an attentive and affectionate puppy whose favourite time of the day Is his post-meal cuddle. He currently Ilves the puppy Ilfestyle of eat, play, sleep, repeat - spending most of his time elther napping in his crate or playing rough and tumble with his sister. He Is being fostered at a home with a resident dog, cat and chickens. He is curious but not overly focused on the chickens and cat but is easily redirected from them - he recently broke into the chicken coop only to completely ignore them and head straight for their food scraps :) . He enjoys playing with other dogs, however being a puppy he is still learning his manners. He is very good at sitting for his meals, crate trained, travels well in the car and is making good progress in his toilet training. Hershey is a strong little pup so will require sturdy fencing (see as per previous chicken coop break-in).
He would thrive with a family that is happy to continue to work on his training and expose him to new experiences.

Our adoption process includes a two week trial period to ensure you and your adopted pet are the right fit. Successful applicants will be contacted for an interview and a property inspection (as it is vital we rehome our animals to a safe, secure and suitable home).

The adoption fee of $700 assists to cover the costs of desexing (with SAFE vets), microchip, microchip ownership transfer, flea and worm treatment, vaccinations, and vet check.
