About Chief
Please meet our cute boy “Chief”
This gorgeous pup will have you in stitches of laughter with his floppy, drama queen play : he will melt your heart with his smoochy cuddles: and he will have you on your toes with his cheeky and clever personality.
Chief is super intelligent and already knows a number of commands such as sit, wait, toilet, fetch, give, and leave it. He is doing well with toileting but does need to be taken out at regular intervals and told to “toilet”. He goes to bed around 10pm and sleeps in his crate all night until 7am next morning.
If you are looking for a dog that is good with people, dogs, and even cats, Chief is your man. He is a confident and well-rounded boy and will make a wonderful addition to most households. He loves to play with toys, go for walks exploring, and playing with other dogs.
It is a condition in our adoption agreement that all our dogs are to be taken through obedience training to ensure they reach their full potential. chief needs an owner that will put time into his training and allowing him to use that clever brain of his (this is non-negotiable). Please do not apply if you are not fully committed to training this gorgeous puppy.

All forms (including foster and adoption) can be found at the following link:

** Only applications submitted via this link will be considered **
Our adoption process is as follows:
1) Animal is listed on PetRescue
2) Applications are received
3) The application which we feel offers the best-suited home to the pet is contacted for first preference of a meet and greet to see if they 'click' with the animal.
We do not follow a first-in, first-served process and only consider applications completed via our online form.
Due the popularity of some dogs - and the fact that our rescue is run entirely by volunteers - we cannot guarantee that all unsuccessful applicants will be notified, however we will do our best.
