Sprout and Yams are proof that even the toughest beginnings can lead to the happiest endings.

These bonded brothers were rescued from a storm drain as tiny kittens and, while that rough start means they can be a little cautious with new people, they've blossomed into playful, affectionate boys who simply need a little patience while they settle in. Having each other gives them confidence, and they are looking for a forever home where they can continue life's adventures side by side.

Sprout is the curious explorer of the pair. He loves investigating anything new and has the sweetest habit of returning your pats with gentle grooming licks. Yams is the cuddly shadow, happiest curled up on your lap, sitting on your feet, or snuggled beside your head, his impressive purr motor running the whole time.

Both boys are wonderfully food motivated, adore toys (especially laser pointers and anything with a bell!), and love the company of other cats. Loud noises and sudden movements can still startle them, but they bounce back quickly once they know they're safe.

Sprout and Yams are looking for a calm, patient home that will let them settle in at their own pace. Give them kindness, a few tasty treats, and a little time, and you'll be rewarded with endless purrs, loyal companionship, and two very grateful little hearts.

How am I with dogs? Curious, but we'd prefer calm, cat-savvy dogs.

Sprout & Yams' bonded pair adoption fee is $375 which includes desexing, microchipping, parasite prevention, and initial F3 vaccination.
