Hi there, I’m Doak—a bright-eyed explorer with a soft coat and a heart that loves big.

I’m only young, so every moment is a new adventure: the sun warming my back, a blade of grass to sniff, a friendly laugh from a person who might become my best friend. I’m still learning the world’s map, but I already know the warm welcome of a hand that scratches behind my ears and a cuddle that lets me settle into a safe, happy sigh.

Sniffing new smells, a little zoomie and a gentle game of tug is pure joy—followed by a quiet nap in a sunbeam.

I adjust to new places and people with a hopeful wag and a curious nose. I’m eager to learn about life, and I thrive on daily chances to grow—whether it’s practicing manners or exploring a new corner of the world.

I would like to meet any resident kiddos in the home to make sure we are a good match and I am not better suited to older kids as I am still learning how to play gently.

The best home for me would be one with patient guidance and plenty of daily opportunities to learn, sniff, and stretch my legs. A calm, steady routine and someone who enjoys gentle affection and playful exploration would fit me like a glove.
