About Keeper 🩶
Some cats are beautiful. Some cats are affectionate. And then there are those incredibly rare cats who are simply special. Keeper is one of them.
With her striking good looks, Keeper is guaranteed to catch your eye—but it’s her gentle, kind-hearted nature that will steal your heart forever. She has the sweetest soul and the most effortless, calming presence. Being around Keeper just feels like home.
If you’re looking for a cat who will truly be your best friend, Keeper is the one.
She adores being close to her people, and the moment you sit down, she’ll happily make her way onto your lap to curl up for a cuddle. Lie down, and she’ll gently climb onto your chest, tuck her little head beneath your chin, and settle in as close as she possibly can. Somehow, Keeper has a magical way of finding the perfect position where you’re both completely comfortable. It’s never overwhelming or demanding—just warm, peaceful companionship that makes you never want to get up.
As affectionate as she is, Keeper is wonderfully independent too. She isn’t a demanding cat who constantly seeks attention. If you’re busy, she’s perfectly content curling up on her favourite heat pad for a nap, patiently waiting until you’re free for the next cuddle. She has the most beautiful balance of loving your company while also being incredibly easy to live with.
Keeper also has a playful side that will always make you smile. She loves chasing her little mouse toys, batting springs across the floor, and pouncing on ribbons with adorable enthusiasm before settling back in for another cuddle.
Quite honestly, Keeper is the complete package. She’s gentle, affectionate, playful, calm, easy-going, and incredibly loving. Cats like Keeper don’t come along very often, and whoever is lucky enough to welcome her into their family will be gaining far more than a pet—they’ll be gaining a loyal companion and a best friend.

Adoption details
All animals adopted through Out of the Woods Rescue are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea/worm treated and health-checked. We aim to match each animal with a home that suits their needs and personality.
Here’s how our adoption process works:
Submit an application – This helps us get to know you, your household and what you're looking for in a pet.
Phone chat – If your application looks like a potential fit, one of our team members will contact you for a casual phone conversation to answer questions and discuss the animal in more detail.
Meet and greet – You’ll meet the animal in their foster home or another agreed location. If everyone agrees it’s a good match, we can proceed to adoption.
Adoption paperwork and payment – Our adoption fees cover desexing, microchipping, vaccination and parasite treatment.
Once adopted, the animal becomes part of your family. We're still here for post-adoption support if you ever need any help.
We’re committed to ethical adoptions and reserve the right to decline applications if we feel the match isn’t in the best interest of the animal.
