About Pesto
📍 Available for adoption in NSW & ACT only.
👨👩👧👦 A meet and greet is required with all family members and any resident dog(s).
Profile and needs in the home
Pesto is the only female of 5 pups to a Mum who is a retriever cross. This youngster is the smallest of the litter but she has it all over her brothers. She has the sweetest nature and isnt shy in jumping up on your leg until you pick her up. She just wants your attention and loves nothing more than a rub and to snuggle.
Pesto will need a family who are prepared to offer her training and socialisation with other dogs, and who will treat her as one of the family. This is the age when she learns good doggy manners and will grow up to be a fine canine citizen.
We would like Pesto to be rehomed with another social, well-adjusted and friendly doggo friend who she can learn from. She should also not be restricted when it comes to inside/outside arrangements.
Could Pesto be the missing piece in your family?
If you think you have the pawfect home, please tell us a little about the home you could offer, including:
• What your home life looks like — family members in your home, lifestyle and a typical day in your home
• your current dogs, their ages and what their personalities are like
• Your plans for puppy training, continued socialisation and the exercise/outings you would provide Pesto
• How much time Pesto would spend alone during a typical day
• What access she would have in the home and where she would sleep at night
• Your plans for vet care and what arrangements you have in place for your pets when you travel or are away
The more we know about you and the home you can offer, the better we can ensure the perfect match for Pesto
Medical notes
No known pre-existing conditions.
Her adoption fee includes her first and second vaccinations; the third will be the adopter’s responsibility.
Due to the pup being a large breed, the desexing will take place at Beverly Hills Animal Hospital or by arrangement with you and your local vet at a fee set by this rescue. The difference will be at your cost. The desexing will be at approx 6-12 months of age.
