About Eeyore
Meet Eeyore 🐱
Don’t let Eeyore’s grumpy little face fool you — he’s an absolute sweetheart with a curious, playful personality and plenty of confidence to match!
Since settling into his foster home, Eeyore has shown just how adaptable and easygoing he is. He quickly made himself at home in a busy multi-cat household, confidently exploring his surroundings and taking everything in his stride. He’s a curious little adventurer who loves to investigate, play and discover what’s happening around him.
When it comes to people, Eeyore can be a little reserved at first, but it doesn’t take much to win him over. A few gentle head scratches between the ears are often all it takes to bring out his sweet side. Once he knows you, his lovely personality shines through.
Eeyore is also a little more independent than some kittens, happily entertaining himself while still enjoying affection and playtime with his humans and feline friends. His relaxed nature and confidence make him a very special little boy who would bring plenty of personality to his forever home.
Due to our single kitten policy, Eeyore must be adopted into a home with a friendly resident cat or adopted alongside another kitten. He is currently in foster care with Brad where they love to cause mischief together - their latest obsession is stealing pegs!

Adoption details
All animals adopted through Out of the Woods Rescue are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea/worm treated and health-checked. We aim to match each animal with a home that suits their needs and personality.
Here’s how our adoption process works:
Submit an application – This helps us get to know you, your household and what you're looking for in a pet.
Phone chat – If your application looks like a potential fit, one of our team members will contact you for a casual phone conversation to answer questions and discuss the animal in more detail.
Meet and greet – You’ll meet the animal in their foster home or another agreed location. If everyone agrees it’s a good match, we can proceed to adoption.
Adoption paperwork and payment – Our adoption fees cover desexing, microchipping, vaccination and parasite treatment.
Once adopted, the animal becomes part of your family. We're still here for post-adoption support if you ever need any help.
We’re committed to ethical adoptions and reserve the right to decline applications if we feel the match isn’t in the best interest of the animal.
