Stormy is a certified heartāstealer! A snuggly, peopleāloving sweetheart with the softest eyes and the squishiest little Staffy face. He lives for cuddles, naps, and being close to his humans ā heās the kind of puppy who makes you melt the moment he crawls into your lap.
He is already a confident little adventurer. He loves cafĆ© outings, meeting new people, and greeting friendly dogs with his wiggly enthusiasm. He roughhouses joyfully in the yard with his sister and tries his best to charm the household cats (theyāre still deciding how they feel about him).
Stormy would be suited to someone who is home more often than not and is an inside pup who wants to be part of every moment of family life. He travels beautifully in the car, sleeps through the night, and is progressing really well with toilet training. Playtime is a big part of his day: soft toys, tug ropes, learning to fetch ā heās into all of it. Heās also just starting to ātalkā with adorable little howls and chitterāchatters. And Stormy loves food, which makes training fun and rewarding.
Heād thrive with another friendly dog or a family committed to training, socialisation, structure, and keeping him included in daily life. Because heās still young and learning, Stormy is best suited to families with children aged 8+.

Stormyās adoption fee is $800 which includes his desexing when he is old enough. It also includes his first two vaccinations. He has been treated for fleas and worms, and is microchipped.
He is in foster care in Fern Bay, NSW. Since he is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock) plus Central Coast and Sydney. He will need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing when heās 5 to 6 months old.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:

(2) If the questionnaire is approved, we will arrange a property check so we
can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've applied for.
(3) Next, we will arrange for you to meet the pet, usually at the foster
carer's home or at a nearby park.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay the adoption fee*, sign the NSW change of ownership form and our DRN Adoption Agreement and take your new family member home! The two week trial period begins on the day of adoption.
*We prefer payment by funds transfer and don't accept cash or personal
cheques.
