Meet Kelly ❤️
Kelly is a gorgeous 15-month-old Ridgeback X weighing 23kg, with a big heart and an even bigger love for her people. Affectionate, social and playful, she's happiest when she's curled up on the lounge enjoying a cuddle with her humans. If there's food left within reach, she'll happily consider it fair game too!
Kelly currently lives successfully with a cat and would suit a family with children over 8 years of age who can understand and respect her boundaries.
Kelly has a loving personality but does resource guard things she considers valuable, including food, toys and sometimes her humans. Because of this, she is looking for a home where she can be the only dog. She is happy to socialise with calm, respectful dogs on outings or visits but needs to be the only canine member of the household.
Kelly would thrive with someone who is home often and can continue providing her with structure, guidance and plenty of affection. In return, you'll gain a loyal, devoted companion who loves being close to her family.

She is in care in Buff Point, NSW. She is not available for adoption interstate. Her adoption fee is $500 and she is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, and microchipped.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:

(2) If the questionnaire is approved, we will arrange a property check so we
can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've applied for.
(3) Next, we will arrange for you to meet the pet, usually at the foster
carer's home or at a nearby park.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay the adoption fee*, sign the NSW change of ownership form and our DRN Adoption Agreement and take your new family member home! The two week trial period begins on the day of adoption.
*We prefer payment by funds transfer and don't accept cash or personal
cheques.
