About Burnie
Meet Burnie, a lovable goofball who loves being around family. Burnie loves his food, going for walks, playing with toys and cuddles. Lots and lots of cuddles please. He is happy with a soft bed whiling away the day and entertaining himself with toys but equally he would like to be a part of life's adventures. This sweet boy is on the small size for a beagle. He really wants to be right on your lap which makes him the perfect companion watching Netflix or the footy.
Burnie needs some help with learning the ropes to be the perfect companion. He requires someone with the time and patience to do simple training with Burnie to be at his best.
Burnie is great with other dogs, enjoying quiet companionship or a playful game. He really wants to be a part of your day, following you around the house, helping out, so would prefer a home where someone is around more often than not.
He would be suitable for kids over 8 years and his other requirement is a sheltered outdoor space to enjoy.

Due to an anticipated high volume of applications, the adoption process is outlined below:

2. Include as much information as possible and it is never a case of "first in best dressed" when we are choosing the most appropriate new home. Matching an animal with a family is based on lifestyle, family members, attitudes to pet ownership and the personality of the pet;
3. Due to the number of applications we receive, all correspondence is through email and if your application is short listed, we will either call you to discuss it further and possibly invite you to a meet and greet.
