Born in care, Phoebe has had a safe and healthy start to life. Raised by a very affectionate, loving mum and very much loved by the foster carers. Phoebe has kitten energy and is very playful with her litter mate. She also happily plays with her foster careers, too. Phoebe has a healthy appetite and uses her tray for toileting. Phoebe will sleep on the bed with her foster carer and will happily take cuddles and kisses, as well as being a smoochy girl. She is still growing, and it's hard to determine how big she will get. However, she is the most delightful and sassy lovebug.
