About Beauty
Beauty is a gorgeous black cat with a gentle nature and a friendly personality. She enjoys spending time with people and is always happy to accept a pat or keep you company while you go about your day.
As a social and affectionate girl, Beauty would love a home where she can be part of the family and receive plenty of love and attention. Whether she’s relaxing nearby or seeking out a cuddle, she’s sure to become a wonderful companion.
Beauty is FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) positive, but with appropriate care she can live a long, happy, and healthy life. FIV positive cats can safely live with other friendly cats as long as everyone gets along and serious fighting is avoided.
Beauty is friendly with other cats and could live with another FIV positive friendly cat.

Medical notes
Beauty has been diagnosed with Feline Immunodeficiency Virus, also known as FIV.
The way in which this disease is usually contracted, is by an FIV infected cat fighting and puncturing another cats skin. It is spread through blood and saliva and enters the cats bloodstream.
Most cats with FIV live long, healthy lives with no symptoms for many years. FIV does not greatly reduce life expectancy. In the later stages of the disease if your cat becomes unwell, the prognosis depends on how severe the secondary syndromes are. Some can be managed for months or years with medication.
