He is young enough to need a friend - another cat in the household to keep up the teaching. Or take home one of his brothers! Or his mother Charlotte. He is too young to be an 'only kitten' in an indoor apartment - he'd LOVE to be one of 'two kittens and a scratching post' and live a long and healthy life indoors!
There are no restrictions in the adoption process, but if he nips your toes at midnight because he is an only cat - well, it is to be expected.
