About Daisy - 8 Year Old Cavalier
🐾 Meet Our Very Special Daisy 🐾
Beautiful Daisy is an approximately 8-year-and-8-month-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who is searching for a peaceful and loving forever home.
Daisy came into care through no fault of her own. She is a gentle, sweet-natured girl who asks for very little—just a comfortable place to rest, a short daily stroll, and a special person to love and cherish her.
One of Daisy’s favourite things is lounging on a soft bed or stretching out on the cool tiles to cool her belly. She also has the cutest little habit of resting with her tongue poking out, which is guaranteed to make you smile.
Daisy is deaf and responds beautifully to visual cues. Because she cannot hear approaching danger, she will need a patient and understanding family who will take extra care to keep her safe. Her deafness certainly doesn’t stop her from enjoying life or giving plenty of love.
Daisy is very female-oriented and forms strong bonds with the women in her life. While she is polite and accepting of men, she naturally seeks out female companionship and feels most comfortable with a gentle female presence.
She is toilet trained, desexed and happy to share her home with other calm, friendly dogs, although she isn’t particularly interested in playing. Daisy would much rather relax nearby and enjoy the company of her favourite person.
She is currently on a weight-loss journey, so her new family will need to continue with her healthy meals and gentle exercise. Daisy enjoys short walks and would be ideally suited to a retired lady or couple, or someone who is home often and looking for a quiet, devoted companion.
Daisy is a truly special little lady who deserves to spend the rest of her life feeling safe, loved and treasured.

Her adoption fee is $400. She is desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and treated for fleas, ticks and worms.
She is in foster care in Aberdeen, NSW.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:

(2) If the questionnaire is approved, we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've applied for.
(3) Next, we will arrange for you to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or at a nearby park.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay the adoption fee*, sign the NSW change of ownership form and our DRN Adoption Agreement and take your new family member home! The two week trial period begins on the day of adoption.
*We prefer payment by funds transfer and don't accept cash or personal cheques.
