Meet Eddie 💙
Eddie is a gorgeous Bull Arab cross with a gentle, easy-going nature that is sure to win your heart.
He's always happy to see his people and enjoys a good play or a leisurely walk, but he's equally happy doing his own thing afterwards. Eddie loves nothing more than finding a warm patch of sunshine in the garden where he can stretch out and relax. He is a quiet fella making him a lovely choice for anyone looking for a calm, well-balanced companion.
Independent without being needy, Eddie has a beautiful temperament and is happy to be part of the family while still being content to entertain himself.
He gets along wonderfully with other dogs, is great with cats, comfortable around ducks, and is fantastic with children.
If you're looking for a loyal best friend with a calm, affectionate nature, Eddie is ready to become part of your family.
Eddie is available under ARK’s Deferred Desexing Program, which means the cost of desexing is included in his adoption fee, subject to the terms and conditions of the adoption contract. Her desexing must be completed when age appropriate.

Adoption details
Dogs:
(1) The first step is to complete the online adoption application form at https://southerndownsark.com.au/apply-to-adopt/ Please answer all questions and include photos of your yard and fencing.
(2) All applications will be considered by our Adoption Team, following which a "meet and greet" will be offered to the top-ranking applicant.
(3) If the “meet and greet" is successful, the applicant may adopt the dog and take him or her home the same day.
(4) For successful interstate applicants, different arrangements may apply and will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Cats:
If you are interested in one of our cats or kittens, please click on the green "Enquire about ...", button, tell us a bit about yourself and the home you can offer the cat, and one of our volunteers will be in touch.
