Spud is a gorgeous Corgi x Kelpie boy who is looking for his forever home — and this lovely little guy has so much love to give. ❤️

At 9.7kg, Spud is the perfect size for someone looking for an easy, affectionate companion who enjoys getting out for his daily walks but is equally happy coming home and snuggling up on the lounge for cuddles — and lots of them!

Spud is a happy, friendly chap who is dog, cat and chook friendly. He enjoys playing with other dogs, but he is also perfectly happy being your one and only, where he can have all the attention to himself. If the right gentle and friendly dog came along, he could also happily share his home.

Most of all, Spud loves his people. He is incredibly human-focused and will happily follow you around, spend time by your side and settle in for some serious couch cuddling.

He walks beautifully on lead, loves his daily outings and sleeps well through the night, making him a lovely, easy companion.

- Someone who enjoys daily walks and having a loving companion by their side

We think Spud would be an especially wonderful match for an active retired couple who want a great, easy-going dog to enjoy life with. Someone who loves getting out for walks, then coming home, putting their feet up and having a very cuddly little companion beside them would be right up Spud's alley!

Spud is not quite 100% toilet trained yet, but he is learning and will just need some continued, consistent training in his new home. As he previously lived primarily outside, he is simply learning the routine of toileting inside and where he is expected to go. With patience, encouragement and a consistent routine, he should pick it up quickly.

Spud is currently in foster care in Swansea Heads, Lake Macquarie, and he is ready to find his forever family. 💙
