Alby (On Trial)

On trial in a new home 10/9. Please consider our other dogs at www. Dogrescuenewcastle. Com. Au particularly sam and matty. . . Alby is a 2-3yo west highland white x maltese. He's a quiet, inquisitive, well behaved little dog. He's house trained, friendly, loves a walk and is well behaved on the lead. When he meets other dogs on our walks he doesn’t bark, and approaches the other dog in a friendly manner. He is a little wary when he meets strangers but relaxes when he receives a friendly welcome. He is friendly with children. . . We can't be sure of alby's precise breed but judging by his appearance he is westie mixed with some other smaller terrier such as maltese. . . Alby gets on well with our own dog but is not interested in playing with him. So if you're looking for a playmate for your other doggy alby may not be the best choice. But if you want a companion for yourself or family then alby would be ideal! he's an inside dog and just loves being with people. . . Of an evening he is quite happy to lie on his blanket by your feet but prefers to nestle on your lap while you watch tv. Alby is waiting patiently to begin a new life in his forever home. . . Dog rescue newcastle www. Dogrescuenewcastle. Com. Au is a not-for-profit, volunteer organisation. Our adoption fee covers the dog's desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. . . . Alby is in foster care in nelson bay, nsw (port stephens, a bit north of newcastle) and is available for adoption interstate.
