About Banjo
Hi, I'm Banjo and I am a Shar Pei x Staffordshire Bull Terrier puppy from the Aussie Litter.
If you're looking for a puppy who is happy to join in the fun but also knows how to relax, I think we could get along really well.
I'm a pretty easygoing little bloke. I enjoy spending my days outside playing with the other dogs, chewing on my favourite soft toys, and finding the perfect stick to carry around. Once I've had enough excitement, I'm always happy to wander inside for a cuddle before heading back out to see what everyone else is doing.
I get along really well with both big and small dogs. I enjoy having friends to play with, but I'm also quite happy doing my own thing. I don't need to be the centre of attention all the time. When I feel like a cuddle or a pat, I'll come and find my people.
I've met children and really enjoy the attention they give me. I'm still learning not to jump up when I get excited, but I'm a gentle boy, and I'm getting better every day.
New people don't worry me either. I think everyone is worth saying hello to, especially if they come with a scratch behind the ears or a tasty treat.
Like most puppies, I'm still learning all the important things. I'm getting to know my name and practising sitting. I'm also working on my toilet training. Most of the time I remember to go outside, although now and then I get distracted and forget.
The people at the vet think I'm a very good patient. I don't mind being checked over at all, especially if there are treats involved. In fact, I think treats make almost every situation better.
When I'm playing, you might hear a little growl or bark, but it's all part of the fun. The only other time I'll let you know something is happening is if someone comes to the fence. I like to keep an eye on things.
Baths aren't exactly my favourite activity, but I tolerate them well enough. I figure they're just one of those things puppies have to put up with.
My foster carer says I'm a pretty chilled little fella most of the time, and I think that's a fair description. I enjoy playing hard, sleeping soundly, and spending time with the people around me.
If you're looking for a playful puppy without being over the top, enjoys both adventure and downtime, and is ready to become part of the family, I'd love to meet you.
Love,
Banjo
