About Maggie
Met Maggie, a sweet and gently Kelpie X Golden Retriever. She enjoys exploring the yard, playing and relaxing on the couch with her people and teddy.
Meet Maggie a gentle and sweet Kelpie X Golden Retriever, she's at the stage were she is so curious about discovering and learning about all the things around her.
She loves toys and treats when she's given a chance to settle in and this will help greatly for her journey through puppy school and ongoing training.
She would be best suited to a household than can help her transition into the big wide world with lot of love, support and maybe a few treats!
Maggie doesn't have much experience with other animals so she may be okay to go home with another dog pending a successful meet and greet. She has had some experience meeting new people and wants them all to be her friends, if she is given the chance to make the first move.
Maggie has had a bit of a rough start to life so if you feel like you and your family might be the match for Maggie and her sweet personality come into the RSPCA today to chat to our staff about potentially adopting her.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
