Willow is a loving, fun-filled girl who is searching for a new family after heartbreaking changes in her owner’s circumstances. This has not been an easy decision, and her family would love to see her find a home where she will be adored.

Full of personality, Willow loves being involved in everything you do. Whether it’s following you around the house, carrying her favourite toy, playing fetch, heading out for a walk or joining you for a drive, she’s happiest spending time with her people.

She is house trained, has free run of the home when left alone, walks nicely on a loose lead and knows her basic commands including sit, stay, down and wait for food. Like many young dogs, she can occasionally get into a little mischief if something tempting is left within reach, but overall she settles well when home alone.

Willow is fantastic with people and loves children. She can get excited when visitors arrive and may jump up looking for pats, but she settles quickly once she’s had a chance to say hello. She enjoys joining in children’s games and has never shown aggression. Due to her size and enthusiasm, she would be best suited to a family with children who are confident and steady on their feet.

She has had limited experience with other dogs but has lived happily alongside an older German Shepherd. Willow can be reactive to dogs passing the house and will bark through the window, so any introductions to new dogs should be done slowly. She has not lived with cats.
