If you're looking for a kitten with a big personality and an even bigger sense of adventure, June Bug is ready to keep you entertained! With her one, bright orange leg and tabby coat, she's a unique girl inside and out.

June Bug came into care from a warehouse as a tiny, very undersized five-week-old kitten. She was so little that there were concerns something might be wrong, but this determined girl had other plans. With lots of love and care, she's grown into a happy, healthy kitten who lives life at full speed.

Always on the go, June Bug is curious, playful, and loves exploring everything around her. She approaches life with enthusiasm and isn't afraid to turn everyday moments into an adventure. No open cupboard, dishwasher or dryer is safe from June's intrepid exploring - who knows what treasures await her inside!

While she's not the kind of kitten who enjoys being held (she will not be contained!), she absolutely is affectionate—on her own terms. She likes to be involved, happily riding around on your shoulder to supervise what you're doing around the house or snuggled in beside you when it's time to relax. She's affectionate, independent, and full of character.

June Bug is wonderfully social and gets along beautifully with other animals. She loves her feline friends but can be a bit of a bull dozer at play time. She is particularly enamoured with the resident Staffy, so she'd do best in a home with a cat playmate or cat-friendly dog to keep her company.

She's looking for a family who will appreciate her quirky, confident nature and let her be exactly who she is. Because she's so active and independent, June Bug would be best suited to a home with older children who understand and respect her boundaries and embrace her character.

MY IDEAL HOME: June is best suited to a home with another cat friendly cat to rough house with or a cat socialised dog companion. She's best suited to homes with kids 10+ or an adult only home.

MY ENERGY LEVEL: Kitten! She plays hard but once she's tuckered out she settles in for a nap.

MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Best with older kids 10+. She's not keen on being handled or held so kids that understand she's an independent woman but she's still a ton of fun! She loves to play and will be right by their side on any adventure.

MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: Fantastic. Her play style is a big and boisterous so another young playful cat or dog is a must.
