Meet Kanpei

Kanpei is a curious little adventurer with a gentle heart and a playful spirit.

Currently living in foster care with a loving family, Kanpei loves to play, explore and investigate the world around him. While he's the adventurous one, he sometimes likes a little reassurance before heading into somewhere new, often taking confidence from his brother first. Once he knows everything is safe, he's ready to set off on his next adventure.

Kanpei is also an affectionate boy who enjoys spending time with his people. If he thinks he's been left on his own, he'll happily let you know with a few little cries until he finds his family again. It's all part of his sweet, loving personality.

He's a little more cautious around the resident cat than his brother, but with patient introductions and time to settle, he'll continue building his confidence.

Because Kanpei is living in foster care, we know his personality and can help you decide if he's the right match for your home. We don't have a shelter you can visit, but once you've submitted an adoption application, we can arrange a meet and greet so you can get to know this gorgeous boy.
