🐾 Meet Audrey 💕
It's impossible not to fall in love with Audrey. With her gorgeous caramel coat, soulful eyes and adorable little freckles, she's every bit as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside.
This stunning Mini Dachshund girl is bursting with puppy energy and personality. Whether she's wrestling with her foster brother, chasing toys around the yard or discovering something new, Audrey throws herself into every adventure with enthusiasm.
She's already making a fantastic start in foster care. Audrey sleeps through the night in her crate, has begun her toilet training and is learning to be respectful around the resident cats. She's a bright little girl who loves to learn and will thrive with continued training, guidance and plenty of positive reinforcement.
Like all puppies, Audrey is looking for a family who understands that raising a puppy takes time, patience and commitment. In return, she'll reward you with years of love, laughter and unwavering companionship.

She is available under ARK’s Deferred Desexing Program, which means the cost of desexing is included in her adoption fee, subject to the terms and conditions of the adoption contract. Her desexing must be completed when age appropriate.

Audrey has received her 1st C3 vaccination on the 6th July 2026. Her next vaccination is due 6th August, 2026
Adoption details
Dogs:
(1) The first step is to complete the online adoption application form at https://southerndownsark.com.au/apply-to-adopt/ Please answer all questions and include photos of your yard and fencing.
(2) All applications will be considered by our Adoption Team, following which a "meet and greet" will be offered to the top-ranking applicant.
(3) If the “meet and greet" is successful, the applicant may adopt the dog and take him or her home the same day.
(4) For successful interstate applicants, different arrangements may apply and will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Cats:
If you are interested in one of our cats or kittens, please click on the green "Enquire about ...", button, tell us a bit about yourself and the home you can offer the cat, and one of our volunteers will be in touch.
