About Jilly
Meet Jilly, just the loveliest girl you'll ever meet. She showed up in the right backyard at the right time! She was extremely underweight when she first showed up, but the lovely people she found fed her up, took her to the vet and got all her vet work done, and made sure she is now a picture of health and happiness. Talk about landing on your feet!
She loves a pat and will come running over when she sees the people she trusts to get a head scritch, or even a belly rub! If something is frightening her, she likes to be picked up so she can snuggle into the security of someone's arms.
She loves the other resident cat because he is calm and gentle around her. There is a cat down the street who thinks he's tough that she's not so fond of.
While she hasn't been around many kids yet, we think if the kids weren't too rowdy she'd be OK. She has never bitten or scratched anyone. But loud noises can startle her, so she'd probably be happier in a calm home.
Whoever adopts her won't be able to help falling in love with her and she'll love you right back.

Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via

2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A property check will take place via a video. Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals will be rehomed desexed, 1st vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
