About 🍨Coyo🍨
*Please Note*
Coyo and Nomo (petrescue.com.au/listings/1202885) came into care together and while they're not bonded, they do enjoy each other's company. While they don't have to go together, we will be giving preference to applicants who are interested in adopting them both at a reduced adoption fee of $1300 for the pair.
Coyo is a social lady who is always ready to meet new people! She loves to be wherever you are whether that’s making coffee, wrapping presents, doing a puzzle or reading a book. She will make sure you never feel lonely. Perhaps in another life she was a fish because she loves running water. This means that she is keen to be on the bench, near the sink where she can watch the water run out of the tap. Sometimes her foster mum will turn it on a little, just for her.
While in foster care she has spent some time with kids and while she will tolerate younger ones, a home with older or no kids would be more suited to her needs. Coyo doesn’t mind Nomo’s company but she is also happy to live a life of her own. A new home with Nomo or one with another friendly cat may be fine but she is not interested in making friendship bracelets with anyone except her humans. While she is happy to tolerate her dog foster sibling she really wants to make sure there is plenty of room on laps for herself.
When she isn’t snuggling on the couch or giving you a headbutt she wants to play with her very favourite mouse on a stick!
Coyo has been professionally groomed while in foster carer and will need a home who is committed to daily brushing and face cleaning to ensure she stays comfortable. She is desexed, microchipped and up to date with vaccinations and parasite treatments. Coyo has also had a dental while with us to give her teeth a bit of a spruce up.
Coyo is in foster care in Lilydale and looking for a Victorian based home.
