Nomo and Coyo (petrescue.com.au/listings/1202891) came into care together and while they're not bonded, they do enjoy each other's company. While they don't have to go together, we will be giving preference to applicants who are interested in adopting them both at a reduced adoption fee of $1300 for the pair.

Nomo’s personality is almost as big as his head. He is curious and playful, especially with his favourite jingly mouse toy! He loves to have his nightly cuddles on the couch and afterwards is happy to tuck himself in under the blankets to make sure he’s as toasty as possible.

He can be a little more reserved than Coyo and prefers to get to know you before committing to loving you. But once he does he will give you all the love in the world. This love is more for adults, he has met kids and would prefer a life without them in his home all the time. He would be happy to tolerate visiting kids if he has to though.

He is an avid user of the scratching post and sometimes it seems like he can read a clock because if you’re late with dinner he is there meowing to remind you. Eating is his favourite pastime and he will need a new family who make sure that he doesn’t put on any more weight.

Nomo is a happy participant in face cleaning time and will need a home willing to continue the upkeep of his face and coat after being groomed while in our care. Especially as he likes to dunk half his face in the water bowl when he has a drink!

He has been happy to tolerate his canine foster sibling but prefers just to look at them from afar so he wouldn’t like a dog who was all up in his business. Nomo does enjoy the company of other cats so if he did not go to a home with Coyo he would like a home with another friendly feline.

Nomo is desexed, microchipped and up to date with vaccinations and parasite treatments. He has also had a scale and polish while with us to give his teeth a bit of a spruce up. Nomo is in foster care in Lilydale and looking for a Victorian based home.
