Jemima still finds the world a little overwhelming, so she will hiss or growl when approached- It’s her way of protecting herself while she learns that kindness, love, and safety really do exist.

With patience, gentle encouragement, and a few tasty treats, Jemima is slowly starting to let her guard down. Every day she becomes a little braver, and watching her discover that the world isn’t so frightening is incredibly rewarding.

Jemima is looking for a calm, understanding home that will let her blossom at her own pace. If you’re willing to give her the time she needs, you’ll be helping this sweet little soul rewrite her story and there’s no doubt she’ll reward your patience with a love that’s truly earned💜
