About Sky - 9 Week Old American Staffy
🐾 Meet Sky 🐾
Sweet, squishy, cuddly, and just the right amount of cheeky, Sky is a little ray of sunshine with a heart of gold and adorable puppy rolls for days!
💜 Friendly & Fun
Sky is a social butterfly who loves making new friends, both human and canine alike. Whether she’s zooming around the yard, playing tug-of-war, or wrestling with her foster siblings, she’s always ready for fun and adventure.
💡 Smart & Eager to Learn
This clever girl is making fantastic progress with her toilet training and is quickly mastering the basics, including sit and come—especially when treats are involved! She loves learning and thrives on positive training.
⚽️ Curious & Active
As Sky grows, she’ll be the perfect companion for an active family. She’ll enjoy walks, adventures, playtime, and plenty of quality time with her people. She’s looking for a home committed to continuing her training and providing lots of enrichment to help her become the very best dog she can be.
🛌 Nap Queen & Professional Cuddle Bug
After a busy day of playing, Sky is happiest snuggled up in your lap or curled up in her crate—her own safe, cozy little haven. She sleeps indoors in her crate each night, close to her people, where she feels secure and loved.
If you’re looking for a loyal best friend with a playful spirit, endless affection, and the sweetest puppy face, Sky is ready to steal your heart and complete your family. 🐾💜
Sky is a healthy little puppy who has been fostered in a home environment. She has been well socialised with other puppies and adult dogs (small and medium) and with a slow introduction, gets along well with them all, although can be a little timid at first.
Sky will grow up to be a medium to large sized dog. We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training.
It would be a big plus if you have a friendly and patient adult dog as a teacher, companion and playmate for Sky. If you don't have another dog to keep her company, then there should be someone in the household that doesn't work full time.
Sky needs to be welcomed inside when people are home, and to sleep inside. She will be wonderful family dog and is suitable for children 8 years and older. You need good fencing with no small gaps. She can't go to rural fencing (eg: mesh or wire).
Sky’s adoption fee is $800 which includes her desexing when she is old enough. It also includes his first two vaccinations. She has been treated for fleas and worms, and is microchipped.
Sky is in foster care in Bolwarra, NSW. Since she is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock) plus Central Coast and Sydney. She will need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing when she's 5 to 6 months old.
