About Thelma
Introducing the lovely Thelma, a delightful Maltese x Shih Tzu mix whose gentle nature and charming personality make her a perfect fit for a cozy family home. This sweet girl is ready to make her mark as your loyal companion, bringing along just the right amount of pizzazzâa little cheeky, a little sweet, and very much a lady. Thelma's heart is truly at home when she's nestled in a comfy spot, surrounded by the people she loves. She adores her squeaky teddies and enjoys indulging in tasty chew treats, making her the quintessential homebody with a playful twist.
Thelma is equally wonderful with humans of all ages, whether interacting with adults or children, as her affectionate presence lights up any room. She thrives in a calm environment and eagerly seeks a family that can provide the companionship she craves. Perfect for a recently retired individual or anyone who spends a lot of time at home, Thelma is a little shadow who delights in being part of her family's daily life.
TO APPLY FOR HER ADOPTION
YOU MUST COMPLETE THE ADOPTION APPLICATION FORM THAT WE HAVE PROVIDED AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PERSONALITY SECTION YOU ARE READING
A well-mannered indoor dog, Thelma walks beautifully on a lead and is fully toilet trained, ensuring she's a hassle-free addition to her new home. While she may experience a touch of "little dog syndrome" and bark at unfamiliar dogs, she warms up with gentle introductions and happily sharing her home with other dogs .Though she hasn't yet met cats herself, her previous canine siblings have mingled with no issues.
Thelma enjoys a gourmet lifestyle and prefers to graze at her leisure, so her meals are best left out for when she decides to eat. Although she's not a fan of bath time, Thelma is a cooperative superstar during grooming sessions, relishing daily brushing to keep her coat beautiful. At bedtime, there's nothing she loves more than snuggling up in bed with her humans for a peaceful night's sleep.
Although Thelma feels sad when left alone and will bark for a while , the presence of a small calm canine companion or a family member nearby will help her feel secure. She's a great walking companion, eager to join you on daily strolls while taking her time to get comfortable with any new furry friends.
Thelma's ideal home is one filled with love and companionship, where her gentle soul can thrive alongside a family that appreciates her loyal and endearing nature. If you're looking for a snuggle-loving companion with a touch of cheeky charm, Thelma could be the perfect addition to your family.
