Simba

Simba is a chatty, curious young cat who loves being involved in whatever you're doing.

Whether you're cooking dinner, working at the computer or simply relaxing at home, Simba likes to be close by. He'll greet you at the door when you arrive home, happily announce his presence with his loud meow, and make sure he knows exactly what's happening around the house.

Having grown up in a colony, Simba has only ever really known his foster family. While he has come a long way in care, meeting new people is still a big step for him. He'll need a patient family who understands that trust takes a little time, but once he feels safe, his affectionate and playful personality shines.

Simba enjoys short cuddles, is a champion purrer, and has even become a lap cat with the people he knows. At night, he's been known to snuggle up on the bed with his foster family.

He's incredibly food motivated, adores interactive play, and absolutely loves the company of other animals. Simba formed wonderful friendships with kittens in care and would thrive in a home with another friendly cat or a cat-savvy dog.

Like many young cats, Simba sometimes gives gentle, playful love bites when he's excited. They're never aggressive, but for this reason, and because he can be nervous around unfamiliar people, we think he'd be happiest in a quieter home with older children or adults.

Simba is desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, flea and worm treated, and ready to find a family who'll give him the time he needs to settle and discover just what a wonderful companion he is.
