About Rey
๐พ๐ Meet Rey ๐๐พ
10.5 weeks of fluffy cuddles, puppy kisses, muddy paws, fat naps, and just the right amount of Border Collie cheekiness. โค๏ธ
Hi! My name is Rey...
And yes...
I'm every bit as adorable as my brother Kylo would have you believe. ๐
I'm a 10.5 week old Border Collie puppy who's currently living my absolute best life in foster care.
My days are pretty busy.
Play.
Eat.
Nap.
Repeat.
Sometimes I squeeze in another nap because, honestly... being this cute is exhausting. ๐ด
I'm lucky enough to be in foster care with my brother, Kylo (our foster dad is a huge Star Wars fan!), and we're both looking for our very own forever families.
Don't worry too much about our names though...
Our foster mum mostly calls us...
๐ Sweetheart.
๐ถ Pup-pup.
๐ถ Baby.
๐ Hey... don't eat that!
๐ Be gentle!
๐ And my personal favourite...
"Who's a good puppy for doing wees outside?"
So yes... if you adopt me, you can absolutely choose a new name if you'd like.
I'm still discovering the world, so my personality is growing every single day.
When I first meet new people or find myself somewhere unfamiliar, I can be a little shy.
I like to stop...
Have a look around...
Work out what's happening.
But give me just a few minutes...
And suddenly my confidence appears.
Then you'll discover the real Rey.
Playful.
Curious.
Sweet.
Affectionate.
And always ready to join in whatever adventure is happening.
I absolutely LOVE cuddles.
If you sit down...
There's a very good chance I'll decide your lap belongs to me.
Couch cuddles.
Floor cuddles.
Bed cuddles.
I'm not particularly fussy.
As long as I'm close to my people, I'm happy.
Like any good puppy, my brother Kylo and I spend hours playing together.
Sometimes it's gentle.
Sometimes it's noisy.
Sometimes we're fairly certain we're auditioning for WWE.
Then foster mum reminds us we're actually puppies... not professional wrestlers. ๐คผ๐
And we've recently discovered something else that's pretty exciting...
Water! ๐ฆ
If you head into the shower, don't be surprised if you suddenly have a fluffy little Border Collie puppy following you in to "help."
Apparently showers are a group activity.
Water bowls are just as entertaining.
Drinking from them?
Sure.
Splashing in them?
Absolutely!
Standing in them for absolutely no reason?
Even better!
Let's just say our foster mum has accepted that muddy, soggy Border Collie puppies are all part of the adventure. ๐คฃ
Life is pretty exciting at the moment because every single day there's something new to learn.
I'm living with dogs of all shapes, sizes, ages and personalities, which has been wonderful for building my confidence and learning good dog manners.
I've also spent time with children and have loved all the extra attention.
I'm learning to sit politely before dinner...
Although I have to admit...
Progress slows dramatically when my brother is standing nearby with food. ๐๐
I'm already around 85% toilet trained, which is pretty impressive considering I'm only a baby, and I quickly learnt that using the back door means I can get back outside to play sooner.
Speaking of outside...
I absolutely love grass.
Wet grass.
Mud.
Puddles.
Basically anything that results in me needing another bath.
Thankfully, I make up for all the mess with plenty of puppy kisses. ๐
When we've finished exploring the backyard, you'll usually find me curled up in the office with the other dogs enjoying one of my famous "fat naps."
Playing hard is exhausting work.
My foster mum says I'd ideally love a home with another friendly dog who can continue teaching me how to be a confident big dog.
I absolutely adore having a doggy friend to play with, snuggle beside and learn from.
That said, if you have plenty of time to include me in family life, continue my training and provide lots of mental and physical enrichment, I'd also be very happy being your one and only.
As a Border Collie, I'll grow into an intelligent, active companion who will love learning new things and being involved in whatever my family is doing.
I'm still just a baby, so now is the perfect time to help shape me into the amazing adult dog I'm going to become.
๐ถ A few quick puppy facts...
๐พ My brother Kylo is also looking for his forever family.
๐พ You can apply to meet more than one puppy if you're unsure who's the best fit.
๐พ We won't be adopted togetherโonly one puppy per family.
๐พ I'll be ready to leave for my forever home at 12 weeks of age.
๐ If you're looking for a loyal best friend who will make you laugh, keep you on your toes, cover you in puppy kisses and grow up beside your family, I might just be the perfect little sidekick you've been waiting for.
๐พ Professional cuddle collector.
๐ฆ Shower supervisor.
๐ค Fat nap enthusiast.
๐ฑ Mud puddle explorer.
๐ Part-time WWE champion.
โค๏ธ Ready to start the greatest adventure of allโwith my forever family.

Approved applicants will be contacted to arrange a time for a meet & greet via email.
