🐾💕 POPPY IS READY TO FIND HER PAWFECT FAMILY 💕🐾

If there was an award for the waggiest tail and happiest little bottom, beautiful Poppy would win paws down!

We believe Poppy is a dachshund cross foxy with possibly another breed in the mix, what we do know is that whilst Poppy does have a sensitive side, once she settles in with you she is sugar and spice and all things nice

This sweet and clever little girl has blossomed in foster care and is now searching for a loving forever home where she can continue to shine. Poppy's favourite place in the world is right beside her people — snuggled up on the sofa or tucked under a fluffy blanket in bed, with only her tiny nose peeking out.

Poppy adores other small dogs and loves curling up with her elderly Shih Tzu friend, often resting her head on his back… and occasionally using him as a seat!

One of Poppy's cutest quirks is that she loves watching TV, especially animal shows, taking everything in with wide, curious eyes. She enjoys sunbathing with her doggy friends, rolling in the garden and has recently been doing very well learning to walk on the lead with her Shihtzu friend showing her the way.

While we don't know much about Poppy's past, we suspect she may have come from a backyard breeding environment with little exposure to the world. Despite this, she has thrived in foster care and shown just how resilient and loving she is. All she needs is a kind, patient and understanding family willing to continue helping her confidence grow.

🏡 Poppy is looking for:
A home with another young, smaller, friendly dog for company
Someone who is home most of the time
A quieter home environment and area without heavy traffic or lots of noise
A reasonably active home that can get Poppy out for 2 or 3 walks a day
A family who will shower her with love, and give her time, space, patience, kindness and plenty of cosy blankets for her settling in period in her new home
Access inside and out at all times, allowed on the couch for cuddles and TV watching and be permitted to sleep in the bedroom on the bed ideally

Poppy has so much love to give and is ready to become someone's devoted little shadow. Could that someone be you?
