Meet Barometer,
He is a gentle, timid soul looking for a patient family who will give him the time he needs to feel safe. As New environments can be a little overwhelming for him, he will need a home that understands this and goes at his pace when interacting with him in his new home.
Once he begins to settle in, you'll see his sweet and affectionate personality shine through.
A calm, predictable home is the perfect match for Barometer. He would be best suited to a quiet adult-only household or a family with respectful teenagers who understand the importance of giving a cat their space while they adjust.
If you're willing to invest a little patience, you'll be rewarded with a loyal companion who will blossom into a loving member of the family.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
