About Muffy
Muffy is a gorgous border collie x girl with a heart full of love and a gentle soul that's just waiting to find her person.
Muffy didn't have much handling before coming into care and this has left her, a little shy when meeting new people.
Muffy will need a patient and understanding family who will give her the time and space she needs to build trust at her own pace. The beautiful thing about Muffy is that once you've earned her trust, she loves with her whole heart and will return every bit of love and affection you give her.
Muffy would thrive in a quieter home where life isn't too chaotic. Loud, young children can be a little intimidating for her, so a calm household would suit her best. A home with another confident dog is needed helping her continue to build her confidence. Her new home would be best where there is someone home often to provide companionship and reassurance.
Despite her shy beginnings, Muffy's personality really starts to shine once she feels safe. She becomes a sweet, affectionate girl who enjoys being part of the family and sharing life's simple moments. She's also great with cats, making her a fantastic addition to many different homes. NO KIDS UNDER 12
Muffy will need contnued training in confidence and meeting new people and being in new environments.
Muffy may need a little extra time and understanding, but the reward is a loyal best friend who will adore you with everything she has. If you're looking for a gentle soul to nurture and love, Muffy might just be the perfect match for you.

Adoption details
Please note- we do not work on a first in best dressed basis. We assess all applications to choose the home that we believe will best match the animals needs.
If you believe one of our animals would be a good match for your home, please send us a detailed email with some information about the people and any other animals in your home, as well as the type of lifestyle you can offer a new rescue pet.
We are volunteers who run the rescue around families, paid employment and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require you to travel to meet the animal you are looking to adopt. For dog adoptions, any other dogs in your home must attend the meet and greet, this enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
We reserve the right to refuse the adoption if we don't believe it's a good match for our animals.
All our animals are available for a fully refundable 2 week trial period. If you ever find yourself unable to care for, or keep your pet, please contact us and they will come back into our care, or we will do our best to assist you in finding them a suitable new home, this is a condition thst you agree to when signing our Adoption Agreement.
