About Meeka
Our sweet staffy girl Meeka is ready to find a loving home.
Meeka is 1 year and 5 months old and we can't fault this girl. In true staffy style Meeka loves her people and will be a devoted family member. She is house trained and dog social.
Meeka is currently in care with two desexed male dogs. She has learnt to be respectful of the older dog and loves to play with the larger, younger dog.
Having come from the pound we don't know much about Meeka's history. We do know she has had pups not all that long ago as she had teats to show that. Meeka is learning lots in care and will make an awesome companion for the right family.
We think Meeka would suit a family with older school aged children, an indoor/outdoor home and potentially a desexed male doggy friend. Meeka has not been tested with cats, chickens or pocket pets so we are looking for a home free of those pets.
Meeka has been flea and worm treated, microchipped, desexed and had her first round of vaccinations (requires a booster in late July). Meeka's adoption fee is $650.00.

Adoption details
We like to take the personal approach where a person sends an email of interest around an animal and then we will follow up with phone discussions and email exploration through a survey.
Please note we are a small group of volunteers that balances the administrative side with the care of the animals.
Please only apply for one of our animals if you are genuinely interested in them.
We expect the prospective owner to travel to meet the animal and we are open to trial periods to ensure we have the match right.
