About Chedder
Chedder is a gentle, shy kitten and looking for a patient family who will give them the time and space to settle in and build confidence. Once he feels safe, his sweet personality will begin to shine through.
Chedder may benefit from living with a friendly, confident cat who can help him feel more secure and show them him the ropes. Best suited to a quiet home with adults or respectful teenagers would be the best fit.
If you're happy to let this lovely kitten come out of his shell at his own pace, you'll be rewarded with a loyal and affectionate companion.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
